That is not how it works! They will not reply to your problem and they will not necessarily fix anything because of your report. One report does not mean much on it own but helps them keep track of problems. Once the number of reports gets high enough someone will look into it and diagnose the data you provided. Also even if you are seeing a bx-code does not mean its a problem on Google side or a problem at all. Most bx-codes are cause by a server hick-up which will go away on its own. But if their is a problem your reports help Google to fix it.

As I said the only ones who know what the bx-code means is Google employees. In most cases you just have to wait for it to start working again on its own. But if you click the links above you will find a report form for Blogger and a known bx-code issues site that may help you fix it.
