Browser(s) Used

Some people may not be aware of what their browser is. You would be surprised at how many people answer "Windows" to this question.

Why We Need To Know Your Browser:

A lot of the time problems can be directly traced back to the browser you are using. While some may display your blog fine others do not. If you are using Internet  Explorer and say your background is not displaying right. Well we maybe using Fire Fox and see everything fine.

You can save us a lot of time by telling us if you use multiple browsers when identifying your problem. In some cases we may check different browsers to try to identify your problem.

Not all browsers respect the same coding. So we need to know what browser you are using so we can use the proper code when fixing your problem. This does not apply to all cases but some templates do not respect aligning left and right on the same page.
